ORDINANCE NO. 803
AN ORDINANCE TO REPEAL ORDINANCE NO. 795 (#28-85) WHICH
AUTHORIZED A ONE TIME CAPITAL CONTRIBUTION OF $200,000.00 FROM
STREET DEPARTMENT TURNBACK FUNDS TO THE REVENUE FUND OF THE CITY
OF JACKSONVILLE FOR PARTIAL FUNDING OF THE RAILROAD OVERPASS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
JACKSONVILLE, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1: That due to the calling of a special election
to be held for the completion of the financing of the Railroad
Overpass, there is no need for the $200,000.00 one time capital
contribution.
SECTION 2: That Ordinance No. 795 (#28-85) should be and
hereby is repealed.
SECTION 3: That all Ordinances and resolutions in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.
