ORDINANCE NO. 9 3 6( #16 -90 )
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF JACKSONVILLE,
ARKANSAS, (GENERAL LOCATION: 500 Block of North First Street
across from Stonewall Square); AMENDING ORDINANCES NUMBER 213
AND NUMBER 238 OF THE CITY OF JACKSONVILLE, ARKANSAS; AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
JACKSONVILLE, ARKANSAS, THAT:
SECTION ONE: The zone classification of the following
property be and hereby is changed as indicated:
LEGAL DESCRIPTION:
Lots llA and lIB, Block 2, N.E. and Harry Harpole
Addition, to the City of Jacksonville, Pulaski County,
Arkansas.
The above described property is hereby rezoned from R-2 to C-l.
(General Location: 500 Block of North First Street, across from
Stonewall Square, Jacksonville, Arkansas.)
SECTION TWO: That the map referred to in Section 601 of
Ordinance No. 213 of the City of Jacksonville, Arkansas, as
amended by Ordinance No. 238, and designated official zoning map,
should be and hereby is amended to the extent and in the respects
necessary to effect and designate the changes provided for in
Section One, hereof.
SECTION THREE: That all Ordinances or parts of Ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed to the extent of such
conflict.
