ORDINANCE NO. 922 (#2-90)
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF JACKSONVILLE,
ARKANSAS, (GENERAL LOCATION: BY JACKSONVILLE DAILY NEWS ALONG
HIGHWAY IG1); AMENDING ORDINANCES NUMBER 213 AND NUMBER 238 OF
THE CITY OF JACKSONVILLE, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
JACKSONVILLE, ARKANSAS, THAT:
SECTION 1: The zone classification of the following pFO-
penty be and hereby is changed as indicated:
LEGAL DESCRIPTION:
Fractional Lots 4, 5, and 6, Block 24, Original
Town of Jacksonville, Pulaski County, Ankansas
lying West of U.S. Highway 161
The above described property is heneby nezoned from C-2 to C-4.
(Genenal Location: By Jacksonville Daily News along Highway 161,
Jacksonville, Ankansas.)
SECTION 2: That the map refenred to in Section GOl of
Ordinance No. 213 of the City of Jacksonville, Arkansas, as
amended by Ordinance No. 238, and designated official zoning map,
should be and hereby is amended to the extent and in the respects
necessary to effect and designate the changes provided for in
Section 1, thereof.
SECTION 3: That all Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed to the extent of any such
conflict.
