AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF JACKSONVILLE,
ARKANSAS, (GENERAL LOCATION: RAY ROAD); AMENDING ORDINANCES
NUMBER 213 AND NUMBER 238 OF THE CITY OF JACKSONVILLE, ARKANSAS;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
JACKSONVILLE, ARKANSAS, THAT:
SECTION ONE: The zone classification of the following
property be and hereby is changed as indicated:
LEGAL DESCRIPTION:
Part of the South Half of the Northeast Quarter
of Section 29, Township 3 North, Range 10 West,
Jacksonville, pulaski County, Arkansas, being
more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the Southwest corner of the Southwest
Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of said Section
29; thence East on Ray Road 330 feet; thence North
130.325 feet; thence West 330 feet; thence South
130.25 feet to the point of beginning.
The above described property is hereby rezoned from R-2 to C-2.
(General Location: Ray Road, Jacksonville, Arkansas.)
SECTION TWO: That the map referred to in Section 601 of
Ordinance No. 213 of the City of Jacksonville, Arkansas, as
amended by Ordinance No. 238, and designated official zoning map,
should be and hereby is amended to the extent and in the respects
necessary to effect and designate the changes provided for in
Section 1, thereof.
SECTION THREE: That all Ordinances or parts of Ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed to the extent of any
such conflict.
