ORDINANCE NO. 1046 (#10-95)
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF
JACKSONVILLE, ARKANSAS (GENERAL LOCATION: PROPERTY
IMMEDIATELY NORTH OF BART GRAY REALTY, T. P. WHITE DRIVE,
JACKSONVILLE)' ARKANSAS); AMENDING ORDINANCE NUMB.ERS 213 AND
238 OF THE CITY OF JACK,.C;ONVII,LE, ARKANSAS; AND, FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
JACKSONVILLE, ARKANSAS, THAT:
SECTION ONE: The zone classification of the following
property be and hereby is changed as indicated:
Lot 000, Block 005, Edgewood Subdivision, City of
Jacksonville, Pulaski County, Arkansas.
The above described property is hereby rezoned from R-l
to C....l _ (Genera 1 Loca ti on: Property immedi a tel y North of
Bart Gray Realty, T. P. White Drive, Jacksonville, Arkansas).
SECTION TWO: The map referred to in Section No. 601 of
Ordinance No_ 213 of the City of Jacksonville, Arkansas, as
amended by Ordinance No. 238, and designated official zoning
map, should be and hereby is amended to the extent and in the
respects necessary to effect and designate the changes
provided for in Section One thereof.
SECTION THREE: All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed to the extent of such
conflict.
