AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF JACKSONVILLE, ARKANSAS
(GENERAL LOCATION: 10001 SOUTH HIGHWAY 161, JACKSONVILLE, ARKANSAS);
AMENDING ORDINANCE NUMBERS 213 AND 238 AND THE LAND USE MAP OF THE CITY OF
JACKSONVILLE, ARKANSAS; AND, FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

BE IT ORDAINED AND ENACTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
JACKSONVILLE, ARKANSAS:
SECTION ONE: The zone classification of the following properties be and hereby is
changed as indicated below:
Property Description:
Part of Section 1, T-2-N, R-11-W, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly
described as follows:
Commencing at the intersection of the north line of said Section 1, and the west right-
of-way line of Highway 161; thence S 560 23' 05" W, along said west right-of-way
line, 1440.3 feet to the point of beginning; thence continue S 530 26' 05" W along
said right-of-way, 169.9 feet; thence N 360 30' 55" W, 174.53 feet; thence S 530 26'
41" W, 145.0 feet; thence N 360 25' 13" W, 411.44 feet; thence N 310 16' 44" E,
155.88 feet; thence N 530 29' 05", 170.34 feet; thence S 360 30' 55" E, 645.0 feet to
the point of beginning; containing 3.99 acres, more or less.
The above described property is hereby rezoned from R-1 to C-3, as specified on the
attached plot plan. (General Location: 10001 South Highway, Jacksonville, Arkansas).
SECTION TWO: The map referred to in Section No. 601 of Ordinance No. 213 of the City of
Jacksonville, Arkansas, as amended by Ordinance No. 238, and designated as the official zoning map
and Land Use Map, should be and hereby is amended to the extent and in the respects necessary
to effect and designate the changes provided for in Section One hereof.
SECTION THREE: All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby
repealed to the extent of such conflict.
