AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF JACKSONVILLE, ARKANSAS
(GENERAL LOCA TION: 2505 COFFEL T ROAD, JACKSONVILLE, ARKANSAS); AMENDING
ORDINANCE NUMBERS 213 AND 238 AND THE LAND USE MAP OF rHE CITY OF
JACKSONVILLE, ARKANSAS; AND, FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

BE IT ORDAINED AND ENACTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
JACKSONVILLE, ARKANSAS:
SECTION ONE: The zone classification of the following properties be and hereby is
changed as indicated below:
Property Description:
A tract of land located in the Southeast 1/4, Section 4, Township 3 North, Range 10
West, Pulaski County, Arkansas more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the center of the aforementioned Section 4; thence S 880 13' 00" E,
62.0 feet; thence S 020 12' 00" W, 350.00 feet; thence N 880 47' 00" W, 62.0 feet;
thence N 020 12' 00" E, 350.80 feet to the point of beginning, containing 0.50 acres,
more or less.
The above described property is hereby rezoned from R-O to R-6, as specified on the
attached plot plan. (General Location: 2505 Cof':elt Road, Jacksonville, Arkansas).
SECTION TWO: The map referred to in Section No. 601 of Ordinance No. 213 of the City of
Jacksonville, Arkansas, as amended by Ordinance No. 238, and designated as the official zoning map
and Land Use Map, should be and hereby is amended to the extent and in the respects necessary
to effect and designate the changes. provided for in Section One hereof.
SECTION THREE: All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby
repealed to the extent of such conflict.
