AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF JACKSONVILLE, ARKANSAS
(GENERAL LOCA TION: INTERSECTION OF ELLIS, TRICKEY LANE, AND REDMOND ROAD,
JACKSONVILLE, ARKANSAS); AMENDING ORDINANCE NUMBERS 213 AND 238 AND THE
LAND USE MAP OF THE CITY OF JACKSONVILLE, ARKANSAS; AND, FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

BE IT ORDAINED AND ENACTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
JACKSONVILLE, ARKANSAS:
SECTION ONE: The zone classification of the following properties be and hereby is
changed as indicated below:
Property Description:
Part of the SE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 30, Township 3 North, Range 10 West,
Jacksonville, Pulaski County, Arkansas, being more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the Southeast corner of the said SE 1/4 SW 1/4, thence North 000
28' 26" East 274.87 feet; thence North 870 50' 47" West 190.00 feet to the point of
beginning; thence North 870 50' 47" West 249.77 feet; thence North 330 04' 58" East
102.21 feet; thence North 320 46' 02" East 540.33 feet; thence North 640 30' 43"
East 101.07 feet; thence South 450.00 feet; thence North 870 50' 47" West 190.00
feet; thence South 150.00 feet to the point of beginning, containing 2.76 acres, more
or less.
The above described property is hereby rezoned from R-4 to C-2, as specified on the
attached plot plan. (General Location: Intersection of Ellis, Trickey Lane, and Redmond Road,
JacksonVille, Arkansas).
SECTION TWO: The map referred to in Section No. 601 of Ordinance No. 213 of the City of
Jacksonville, Arkansas, as amended by Ordinance No. 238, and designated as the official zoning map
and Land Use Map, should be and hereby is amended to the extent and in the respects necessary
to effect and designate the changes provided for in Section One hereof.
SECTION THREE: All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby
repealed to the extent of such conflict.
