AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF JACKSONVillE, ARKANSAS
(GENERAL lOCATION: SOUTHEAST CORNER OF T.P. WHITE AND NORTH JAMES,
JACKSONVILLE, ARKANSAS); AMENDING ORDINANCE NUMBERS 213 AND 238 AND THE LAND
USE MAP OF THE CITY OF JACKSONVILLE, ARKANSAS; AND, FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED AND ENACTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
JACKSONVILLE, ARKANSAS:
SECTION ONE: The zone classification of the following properties be and hereby is changed
as indicated below:
Property Description:
Lots 3 and 4, Block 1, Edgewood Subdivision, City of Jacksonville, Pulaski County, Arkansas.
*Property also known as 800 North James, Jacksonville Arkansas*
The above described properties are hereby rezoned from R-1 to C-1, as specified on the
attached plot plan, stipulating that there be no vehicle access to North Hospital and a six (6) foot
screening fence meeting City Code be erected along Hospital Drive and the west rear side of the
property between the residential area and the proposed development to be completed prior to the
beginning of construction. (General Location: Southeast corner of T.P. White and North James Street,
Jacksonville, Arkansas).
SECTION TWO: The map referred to in Section No. 601 of Ordinance No. 213 of the City of
Jacksonville, Arkansas, as amended by Ordinance No. 238, and designated as the official zoning map
and Land Use Map, should be and hereby is amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to
effect and designate the changes provided for in Section One hereof.
SECTION THREE: All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby
repealed to the extent of such conflict.
