AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF JACKSONVILLE, ARKANSAS
(GENERAL LOCA TION: NORTH FIRST STREET, JACKSONVILLE, ARKANSAS); AMENDING
ORDINANCE NUMBERS 213 AND 238 AND THE LAND USE MAP OF tHE CITY OF
JACKSONVILLE, ARKANSAS; AND, FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

BE IT ORDAINED AND ENACTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
JACKSONVILLE, ARKANSAS:
SECTION ONE: The zone classification of the following property be and hereby is changed
as indicated below:
Property Description:
Lots 1 and 2, GWilson Commercial Development.
Part of the NE 1/4 of Section 19, Township 3 North, Range 10 West, Jacksonville,
Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly described as follows: Starting at the
Southeast corner of the NE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 19, Township 3 North,
Range 10 West; thence N 880 44' 24" W 60.00 feet to the westerlv R/W of North First
Street and the point of beginning; thence N 880 44' 24" W 21 C.OO feet; thence N
0049' 59" E 289.11 feet; thence S 880 31' 25" E 228.66 feet to the westerly R/Wof
North First Street; thence S 00 03' 35" W 99.94 feet along the R/W of North First;
thence S 00 49' 59" W 68.04 feet along the R/W of North First; thence S 70 32' 35"
W 68.47 feet alone the R/W of North First; thence S 51001' 39" W 15.62 feet along
the R/W of North '".=irst Street; thence S 00 50'15" W 12.14 feet along the R/Wof
North First Street to the point of beginning, containing 1.349 acres more or less.

The above described property is hereby rezoned from C-1 to C-3, as specified on the
attached plot plan . (General Location: 1308 North First Street, Jacksonville , Arkansas).
SECTION TWO: The map referred to in Section No. 601 of Ordinance No. 213 of the City of
Jacksonville, Arkansas, as amended by Ordinance No. 238, and designated as the official zoning map
and Land Use Map, should be and hereby is amended to the extent and in the respects necessary
to effect and designate the changes provided for in Section One hereof.
SECTION THREE: All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby
repealed to the extent of such conflict. .
