AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF JACKSONVILLE, ARKANSAS
(GENERAL LOCA TION: 1200 LEMAC DRIVE, JACKSONVILLE, ARKANSAS); AMENDING
ORDINANCE NUMBERS 213 AND 238 AND THE LAND USE MAP OF THE CITY OF
JACKSONVILLE, ARKANSAS; AND, FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

. BE IT ORDAINED AND ENACTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
JACKSONVILLE, ARKANSAS:
SECTION ONE: The zone classification of the following property be and hereby is changed
as indicated below:
Property Description:
Part of the SE 1/4 of Section 29, T ownshi) 3 North, Range 10 West, in the City of
Jacksonville, Pulaski County, Arkansas, tescribed as follows: Starting at the SE
Corner of the SE 1/4 of said Section 29; run thence North alona East line of said SE
1/4 a distance of 478.7 feet to a point; thence West along a '".ine parallel with the
South line of said SE 1/4 a distance of 666 feet to a corner post; thence North along
a line that is parallel with the east line of said SE 1/4 a distance of 628.6 feet to an
iron pipe for the point of beginninr; run thence in a Northwesterly direction along a
line common to Jewel E. Barnard )odd Tract and tract described herein a distance
of 824 feet to iron pipe on the East right-of-way line of Stanphill road; thence in a
Northerly direction along the East right-of-way line of Stanphill Road, a distance of
148.6 feet to an iron pipe; thence in a Southeasterly direction along a line common
. to the Bart Gray Tract and tract herein described a distance of 822 feet to iron pipe;
thence South along a line parallel with the East line of said SE 1/4 a distance of
127,3 feet to the point of beginning,

The above described property is hereby rezoned from R-3 to R-4, as specified on the
attached plot plan. (General Location: 1200 LeMac Drive, Jacksonville, Arkansas).
SEC.TION TWO: The map referred to in Section No. 601 of Ordinance No. 213 of the City of
Jacksonville, Arkansas, as amended by Ordinance No. 238, and designated as the official zoning map
and Land Use Map, should be and hereby is amended to the extent and in the respects necessary
to effect and designate the changes provided for in Section One hereof.
SECTION THREE: All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby
repealed to the extent of such conflict.
