AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF JACKSONVILLE, ARKANSAS
(GENERAL LOCA TION: STANPHILL ROAD AND LEMAC DRIVE, JACKSONVILLE, ARKANSAS);
AMENDING ORDINANCE NUMBERS 213 AND 238 AND THE LAND USE MAP OF THE CITY OF
JACKSONVILLE, ARKANSAS; AND, FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

BE IT ORDAINED AND ENACTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
JACKSONVILLE, ARKANS'AS:
SECTION ONE: The zone classification of the following property be and hereby is changed
as indicated below:
Property Description:
Part of the SE ~ of Section 29, Township 3 North, Range 10 West, Pulaski County,
Arkansas, more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the SE corner of
the SE ~ of Section 29; '~hence North along the East line of said quarter section
478.7 feet; thence West 666.0 feet; thence North 501.3 feet; thence North 83
degrees 00 minutes West 508.0 feet to the point of beginning; thence North 83
degrees 00 minutes West 169 feet; thence North 25.0 feet; thence North 83 degrees
00 minutes West 150.0 feet to the East line of Stanphill Road; thence Northerly along
said Stanphill Road 123.6 feet; thence South 81 degrees 00 minutes East 319.0 feet;
thence Southerly parallel to said Stanphill Road 140.2 feet to the point of beginning.

The above described property is hereby rezoned from R-3 to R-4, as specified on the
attached plot plan. (General Location: Stanphill Road and LeMac Drive, JacksonviHe, Arkansas),
SECTION TWO: The map referred to in Section No. 601 of Ordinance No. 213 of the City of
Jacksonville, Arkansas, as amended by Ordinance No. 238, and designated as the official zoning map
and Land Use Map, should be and hereby is amended to the extent and in the respects necessary
to effect and designate the 'changes provided for in Section One hereof.
SECTION THREE: All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby
repealed to the extent of such conflict.
