JACKSONVILLE, ARKANSAS (GENERAL LOCATION: 2711 T. P. WHITE
DRIVE, JACKSONVILLE, ARKANSAS); AMENDING ORDINANCE NUMBERS
213 AND 238 AND THE LAND USE MAP OF THE CII Y OF JACKSONVILLE,
ARKANSAS; AND, FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE 11 ORDAINED AND ENAL I ED BY THE Cll Y COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
JACKSONVILLE, ARKANSAS:
SECTION ONE: The zone classification of the following property be and
hereby is changed as indicated below:
Property Description:
A tract of land located in the SW 1/4 of the NE 1/4, Section 17, T-3-N,
R-10-W, in the City of Jacksonville, Pulaski County, Arkansas, being
more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the Southeast
corner of Lot 19, Madden Subdivision, thence N 000 17' 35" E, 777.87
to the point of beginning, thence continue N 00017' 35" E, 255.0' to
the Southeasterly rig 1t-of-way line of U. S. Hwy. No. 67-167; thence
N 530 45' E a ong said R/W line 165.61 feet; thence S 000 16' 30" W,
353.57 feet; thence S 890 43' 30" W, 133.28 feet to the point of
beginning, containing 0.94 acres, more or less.
The above descri Jed property is here JY rezoned from classifications (-1 and
(-2 to C-3, as specified on the attached plot plan. (General Location: 2711 T. P.
White Drive, Jacksonville, Arkansas).
SECTION I WO: The map referred to in Section No. 601 of Ordinance No.
213 of the City of Jacksonville, Arkansas, as amended by Ordinance No. 238, and
designated as the official zoning map and Land Use Map, should be and hereby is
amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to effect and designate the
c langes provided for in Section One hereof.
SECTION THREE: All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.
