BE 11 ORDAINED AND ENAL I ED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
JACKSONVILLE, ARKANSAS:
SECTION ONE: The zone classification of the following property Je and
hereby is changed as indicated below:
Property Descri ption:
Lots 12, 13, 14, and 15, Block 2 of Brown Addition, City of
Jacksonville, Pulaski County, Arkansas.
The above descri Jed property is hereby rezoned from C-1 to C-2. (General
Location: Property located at 1100 North James Street, Jacksonville, ArKansas).
SECTION I WO: The map referred to in Section No. 601 of Ordinance No.
213 of the City of Jacksonville, Arkansas, as amended by Ordinance No. 238, and
designated as the official zoning map and Land Use Map, s 10uld Je and lereby is
amended to the extent and in t le respects necessary to effect and designate the
changes provided for in Section One hereof.
SECTION THREE: All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.
