AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF JACKSONVILLE, ARKANSAS
(GENERAL LOCA TION: PROPERTY ADJACENT TO #19 GRAHAM ROAD, JACKSONVILLE,
ARKANSAS); AMENDING ORDINANCE NUMBERS 213 AND 238 AND THE LAND USE MAP OF
THE CITY OF JACKSONVILLE, ARKANSAS; AND, FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

BE IT ORDAINED AND ENACTED BY THE CITY COUNCil OF THE CITY OF
JACKSONVillE, ARKANSAS:
SECTION ONE: The zone classification of t 1e following properties be and hereby is
changed as indicated below:
Property Description:
Part of the North Half of the Northwest Quarter of Section 28, Township 3 North,
Range 10 West, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly described as follows:
Begin 948.81 feet East and 289.79 feet South of the Northwest corner of said N 1/2,
NW 1/4, Section 28, T3N, R10W; thence South 150 feet; thence East 99 feet; thence
North 148.13 feet; thence in a Westerly direction to the point of beginning.
The above described proJerty is hereby rezoned from R-1 to R-6. (General location:
Property adjacent to #19 Graham~oad, Jacksonville, Arkansas).
SECTION TWO: The map referred to in Section No. 601 of Ordinance No. 213 of the City of
Jacksonville, Arkansas, as amended by Ordinance No. 238, and designated as the official zoning map
and Land Use Map, should be and hereby is amended to the extent and in the respects necessary
to effect and designate the changes provided for in Section One hereof.
SECTION THREE: All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby
repealed to the extent of such conflict.
