AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY IN THE CII f OF
JACKSONVILLE, ARKANSAS (GENERAL LOCATION: VALENTINE ROAD);
AMENDING ORDINANCE NUMBERS 213 AND 238 AND THE LAND USE MAP
OF THE CITY OF JACKSONVILLE, ARKANSAS; AND, FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE 11 ORDAINED AND ENAL I ED BY THE Cll Y COUNCIL OF THE III Y OF
JACKSONVILLE, ARKANSAS:
SECTION ONE: The zone c assification of tle following property be and
hereby is changed as indicated below:
Property Description:
Part of the SE 1/4 of Section 36, T-3-N, R-11-W and part of the NE
1/4 of Section 1, T-2-N, R-11-W, a I in Jacksonville, Pulaski County,
Arkansas, Jeing more particu ar y descri Jed as fo lows:
