JACKSONVILLE, ARKANSAS (GENERAL LOCATION: THE BOYD PROPER. f
ON MADDEN ROAD); AMENDING ORDINANCE NUMBERS 213 AND 238
AND THE LAND USE MAP OF THE CITY OF JACKSONVILLE, ARKANSAS;
AND, FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE 11 ORDAINED AND ENAL I ED BY THE Cll Y COUNCIL OF THE Cll Y OF
JACKSONVILLE, ARKANSAS:
SECTION ONE: Tle zone classification of the fo owing property be and

Property Description:
Part of the NE 1/4 of Section 17, Townsh'ip 3 North, Range 10 West
being more particu'ar'y described as folows:
Commencing at t'le SW corner of t le East 1/2 of the SW 1/4 of the
NE 1/4 of Section 17, Township 3 North, Range 10 West; t'lence
North 313.08' to the point of beginning; thence Nortl 976' to the
North line of the SW 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of said section; thence East
along said North line 800.07'; thence South 976'; thence West 800.07'
to the point of beginning containing 17.93 acres more or less.
The above c escribec property is hereby rezoned from classification R-1 to R-O.
