AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERI f IN THE CII f OF
JACKSONVILLE, ARKANSAS (GENERAL LOCATION: PROPERI f AT 210 AND
216 BELLEVUE CIRCLE); AMENDING ORDINANCE NUMBERS 213 AND 238
AND THE LAND USE MAP OF THE CII f OF JACKSONVILLE, ARKANSAS;
AND, FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE II' ORDAINED AND ENAL I ED BY THE Cll Y COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
JACKSONVILLE, ARKANSAS:
SECTION ONE: The zone classification of the following property be and
hereby is changed as indicated below:
Property Description:
Lots 18 anc 21, Be evue Su Jdivision, Plase I, to tle City of
Jacksonville, Pulaski County, Arkansas.
The above described property is hereby rezoned from classification R-3 to R-2.
(General Location: Properties located at 210 and 216 Bel evue Circle, Jacksonville,
Arkansas).
SECTION I tNO: Tle map referred to in Section No. 601 of Ordinance No.
213 of the City of Jacksonvi e, Arkansas, as amenced JY Ordinance No. 238, and
designated as the official Zoning Ma J and Land Use Ma), should be and hereby is
amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to effect and designate the
changes provided for in Section One hereof.
SECTION THREE: All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.
SECTION FOUR: This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon
passage and publication, as provided by and subject to the requirements of
applicable law.
