LYING BETWEt:N MCCAIN ROAD AND SHANNON DRIVE
JACKSONVILLEI. ARKANSAS);. AMENDING ORDINANC~
NUMBERS 213 AND 238 AND ThE LAND USE MAP OF THE CITY
OF JACKSONVILLE, ARKANSAS; AND, FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

SEL lION ONE: The zone classification of the following property be and
hereby is changed as indicated below:
Property Description:
Part of the NE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 1, T-2-N, R-l1-W, Pulaski
County, Arkansas and being more particularly described as fo lows:
Commencing at a rai road spi <e found for t 1e NE corner of said
Section 1, T-2-N, R-ll-W, t1ence N 880 38' 55" W. 25.0 feet along
t le Nort 1 ine 0': said Section 1 to a #4 re Jar set for t le Joint of
beginning; thence continuing along said North line N 880 38' 55" W,
421.0 feet to a #4 re Jar set; thence 500 57' 47" W, 125.0 feet to a
#4 rebar set; thence S 880 38' 55" E, 421.0 feet to a #4 rebar set;
thence N 010 57' 47" E, 125.0 feet to the point of beginning and
containing 1.21 acres more or less. Basis for bearing is astronomic
North as determined by solar observation.
The above described property is hereby rezoned from classification C-3 to
R-l, as specified on the attached plot plan. (General Location: Property lying
between McCain Road and Shannon Drive, Jacksonville, Arkansas).
