RESOLUTION APPROVING AND CONFIRMING RE- APPOINTMENT OF COMMISSIONER OF
THE JACKSONVILLE HOUSING AUTHORITY, JACKSONVILLE, ARKANSAS.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT, resolved by the City Council of
the City of Jacksonville, Arkansas:
That Mr. Robert D. Whatley has been designated
by the Jacksonville Housing Authority for re-
appointment to serve as Commissioner with a
term of office expiring at Midnight, March 17, 1990.
The designation of Mr. Robert D. Whatley to serve as commissioner of
the Jacksonville Housing Authority is approved and his appointment
is confirmed.
THIS RESOLUTION I5 PUT IN FULL FORCE AND EFFECT FROM ITS PASSAGE
AND APPROVAL.

APPOINTMENT AS COMMISSIONER OF THE JACKSONVILLE
HOUSING AUTHORITY, JACKSONVILLE, ARKANSAS.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED ev the Board of Commissioners
of the Jacksonville Housing Authority, of the City of Jacksonville,
Arkansas, as follows:
1. Mr. Robert Whatley is hereby designated for re- appointment
to serve as Commissioner of the Jacksonville Housing
Authority with a term of office expiring at Midnight,
March 17, 1990.
2. The Secretary is authorized and directed to impress and
attest the official seal of this Authority on this
Re-
solution and to submit this designation to the City Council
of the City of Jacksonville, Arkansas for approval and
confirmation of appointment.
THIS RESOLUTION SHALL TAKE EFFECT THIS 12TH DAY OF MARCH, 1985.

and adopted:
