AND THE APPROVAL OF A SITE FOR CONSTRUCTION OF A MUNICIPAL SLUDGE LANDFILL
FOR THE DISPOSAL OF SLUDGE GENERATED BY SAID SEWAGE TREATMENT FACILITY AND
