RESOLUTION NO. 309 ( #2 -83)
RESOLUTION APPROVING AND CONFIRMING APPOINTMENT OF COMMISSIONER
OF THE JACKSONVILLE HOUSING AUTHORITY, JACKSONVILLE, ARKANSAS.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT resolved by the City Council of the
City of Jacksonville, Arkansas:
That, Mr. William L. Chambers has been designated by the
Jacksonville Housing Authority to serve as Commissioner with a
term of office expiring at Midnight, March 17, 1988.
The designation of Mr. William L. Chambers to serve as
commissioner of the Jacksonville Housing Authority is approved
and his appointment is confirmed.
This Resolution is put in full force and effect from its passage
and approval.
