RESOLUTION DECLARING JUST COMPENSATION FOR ACQUIRED RIGHT OF WAY
ON SUNNYSIDE REVITALIZATION DRAINAGE PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City of Jacksonville is undertaking the
Sunnyside Revitalization Drainage Project with Federal fi-
nancial assistance from the Department of Housing and Urban
Development; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Housing and Urban Development
requires the local ruling body to ascertain just compensation
for all "right of way" acquisitions for the Drainage Project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF JACKSONVILLE, ARKANSAS:
1. That the statement of just compensation for acquired
"right of way" is as listed below:
