A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JACKSONVILLE,
ARKANSAS, REQUESTING THAT THE MAYOR, THE HONORABLE JAMES G.
REID, REIMBURSE THE CITY OF JACKSONVILLE FOR CERTAIN EXPENSES
FOR THE FOLLOWING REASONS:
WHEREAS the City of Jacksonville is experiencing finan-

cial difficulties; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of Jacksonville believes that
the Mayor expended certain funds, which will be detailed here-
inafter, for his personal benefit and directly contrary to the
best interests of the taxpayers of the City of Jacksonville; and
WHEREAS, the easiest method of resolving this matter
would be the prompt repayment of the amount improperly expended
from said funds to the City of Jacksonville by The Honorable
James G. Reid;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of
Jacksonville requests the following expenses be reimbursed to
the City of Jacksonville by The Honorable James G. Reid:
