RESOLUTION APPROVING AND CONFIRMING RE- APPOINTMENT OF COMMISSIONER
OF THE JACKSONVILLE HOUSING AUTHORITY, JACKSONVILLE, ARKANSAS.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY the City Council of the
City of Jacksonville, Arkansas:
That Mr. Robert Whatley has been designated by the
Jacksonville Housing Authority to serve as Commissioner
with a term of office expiring at Midnight, March 17,
1985.
The designation of Mr. Robert Whatley to serve as
commissioner of the Jacksonville Housing Authority
is approved and his appointment is confirmed.
THIS RESOLUTION IS PUT IN FULL FORCE AND EFFECT FROM ITS PASSAGE
AND APPROVAL.
