0 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE GRANTING AND CONVEYANCE TO O THE O J S
CITY OF NORTH LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, CERTAIN PROPERTY NOW OWNED
BY THE CITY OF JACKSONVILLE, ARKANSAS
WHEREAS, the City of Jacksonville presently owns certain
of North Little Rock must build

facilities in order to pipe water to Jacksonville; and
WHEREAS, the City of Jacksonville will be directly bene-
fitted by the building of such facilities by the City of North
Little Rock; and
WHEREAS, the Jacksonville Water Commission recommends this
transfer of land;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Jack-
sonville that the following described property be transferred
to the City of North Little Rock:
Part of the Northeast Quarter (NE4)of the Northeast
Quarter (NE;) of Section 27, Township 3 North, Range
11 West, Jacksonville, Pulaski County, Arkansas,
being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the southwest corner of the NE4, NE4 of
Section 27, T -3 -N, R -11 -W; thence N 01 36' 51" E
along the west line of said NE4, NE4, 84.0 feet;
thence S 88 23' 09" E, 103.31 feet to the westerly
right -of -way line of Oneida Street; thence along a
curve to the right a chord bearing and distance of
S 20° 21' 05 W, 86.95 feet to the south line of said
NE4, NE4; thence N 89 38' 43" E along said south
line, 75.4 feet to the point of beginning: containing
0.17 acres, more or less.
