WHEREAS, S &S CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, Inc. submitted the lowest bid
r A bid on the South Jacksonville Sanitary Sewer Improvements, Phase II:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Jacksonville, Arkansas that the following contract award be made on
South Jacksonville Sanitary Improvements, Phase II, subject to the
approval of the Department of Housing and Urban Development, to:
5 & S Construction Company, Inc.
Post Office Box 421
Jacksonville, Arkansas 72076 $179,046.05
THIS RESOLUTION shall be in full force and effect from and after
its passage and approval.
