A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JACKSON-
VILLE, ARKANSAS, ADOPTING THE ANNUAL LEAVE AND SICK LEAVE
SCHEDULE FOR UNIFORMED AND NON - UNIFORMED EMPLOYEES OF
THE CITY OF JACKSONVILLE, ARKANSAS, AS PART OF THE CITY'S
PERSONNEL POLICY.
WHEREAS, the Mayor of the City of Jacksonville, Arkansas
has previously ordered a study of the city's present personnel
policy and systems; and
WHEREAS, the study has been completed and presented to
the City Council of the City of Jacksonville, Arkansas, for
its consideration; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Jacksonville,
Arkansas, now desires to adopt the proposed Annual Leave and
Sick Leave Schedule for Uniformed and Non- Uniformed Employees
of the City of Jacksonville, Arkansas, as prepared.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF JACKSONVILLE, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the Annual Leave and Sick Leave Schedule
for Uniformed and Non- Uniformed Employees of the City of Jack -

sonville, Arkansas, copies attached hereto, and made a part
thereof, effective January 1, 1979, is hereby adopted and
approved for implementation by the Mayor as part of the city's
personnel policy.
SECTION 2. That this Resolution shall be in full force
and effect from and after this date of passage and approval.
SECTION 3. APPROVED AND ADOPTED THIS 21st day of
DECEMBER, 1978.
