A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE APPROPRIATE AGREEMENTS AND CON-
TRACTS NECESSARY TO EXPEDITE THE CONSTRUCTION OF IMPROVEMENTS ON CITY STREETS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JACKSONVILLE, ARKAN-
SAS:
That the Mayor is authorized and directed to execute all documents neces-
sary to expedite the construction of improvements on city streets.
THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED THIS 5 DAY OF October , 1978.
