A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE APPLICATION OF McLYLE Q,
ZUMWALT, JOAN ZUMWALT, SYBIL ADAMS, AND GORDON TUBBS
SEEKING AUTHORITY TO INCORPORATE A PUBLIC CORPORATION
FOR MUNICIPAL FACILITIES,
WHEREAS, there has been filed with the City Clerk of the City
of Jacksonville the application of McLyle G, Zumwalt, Joan Zumwalt,
Sybil Adams, and Gordon Tubbs seeking authority to incorporate a
Public Corporation for Municipal facilities,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF JACKSONVILLE, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City Council hereby accepts the application
of McLyle G. Zumwalt, Joan Zumwalt, Sybil Adams, and Gordon Tubbs
seeking authority to incorporate a Public Corporation for Municipal
Facilities under Act 409 of 1967 of the General Assembly of the
State of Arkansas.
SECTION 2, The City Council finds that McLyle G. Zumwalt,
Joan Zumwalt, Sybil Adams, and Gordon Tubbs are all residents and
duly qualified electors of the City of Jacksonville,
SECTION 3, The City Council also finds and declares that the
incorporation of a Public Corporation for Municipal Facilities under
Act 409 of 1967 is wise, expedient, and necessary for City purposes,
SECTION 4
T 4, This Resolution shall h ll be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval,

A P P L I C A T I O N
Comes McLyle G. Zumwalt, Joan Zumwalt, Sybil Adams, and
Gordon Tubbs, residents of the City of Jacksonville, Arkansas, and
for their application pursuant to Act 409 of 1967 state:
1. We are all residents of the City of Jacksonville and duly
qualified electors therein.
2. We request Council authority to act as incorporators of
a Public Corporation for Municipal Facilities under Act 409 of 1967
for purposes of construction of a developmental disability housing
authority, and for any other purpose or purposes authorized by Act
409 of 1967.
