ESOLUTION APPROVING AND CONFIRMING RE- APPOINTMENT OF COMMISSIONER
OF THE JACKSONVILLE HOUSING AUTHORITY, JACKSONVILLE, ARKANSAS.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT, resolved by the City Council of the City of Jacksonville,
Arkansas:
That Mr. John Weaver has been designated by the Jacksonville Housing
Authority to serve as Commissioner with a term of office expiring at Midnight,
March 17, 1983.
The designation of Mr. John Weaver to serve as commissioner of the Jacksonville
Housing Authority is approved and his appointment is confirmed.
This resolution is put in full force and effect from its passage and approval.

JACKSONVILLE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF JACKSONVILLE, ARKANSAS

WHEREAS, the Mayor and City Council of the City of Jacksonville, Arkansas,
held a duly authorized meeting on the 6th day of April, 1978, at which meeting,
by virtue of my office as Mayor, I presided; and
WHEREAS, at said meeting the following styled resolution was passed and
adopted:
"A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND CONFIRMING RE- APPOINTMENT OF
COMMISSIONER OF THE JACKSONVILLE HOUSING AUTHORITY, JACKSONVILLE,
ARKANSAS."
NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to the provisions of Section 5 of the "Housing
Authorities Act" of the State of Arkansas, and by virtue of my office as Mayor,
I hereby certify that the person hereinafter named duly appointed, approved,
and confirmed as Commissioner of the Jacksonville Housing Authority of the City
of Jacksonville, Arkansas, and to serve term of office expiring at time ap-
pearing after his name.
