RESOLUTION NO. 201 -77
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JACKSONVILLE,
ARKANSAS, ADOPTING THE EMPLOYEE. CLASSIFICATION AND MANAGEMENT
SYSTEM WITH PAY SCALE FOR NON - UNIFORMED EMPLOYEES OF THE CITY
OF JACKSONVILLE, ARKANSAS, AS A PART OF THE CITY'S PERSONNEL
POLICY.
WHEREAS, the Mayor of the City of Jacksonville, Arkansas
has previously ordered a study of the city's present personnel
policy and systems; and
WHEREAS, the study has been completed and presented to the
City Council of the City of Jacksonville, Arkansas for its
consideration; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Jacksonville,
Arkansas now desires to adopt the proposed Employee Classification
and Management System with Pay Scale for Non - Uniformed Employees
of the City of Jacksonville, Arkansas, as prepared.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF JACKSONVILLE, ARKANSAS:
1. That the Employee Classification and Management System with
Pay Scale for Non - Uniformed Employees of the City of Jacksonville,
Arkansas, attached hereto, and made a part therof, is hereby
adopted and approved for implementation by the Mayor as part of
the city's personnel policy.
2. That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect from
and after this date of passage and approval.
3. Approved and adopted this 4th day of August, 1977.
