RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF JACKSONVILLE,
ARKANSAS ENDORSING THE CANDIDACY OF DR. LINDY
BOLLEN FOR RE- ELECTION TO THE BOARD OF THE PULASKI
COUNTY SPECIAL SCHOOL DISTRICT.
WHEREAS, Dr. Lindy Bolien of Jacksonville, Arkansas is presently
a candidate for re- election to the Board of the Pulaski County Special School
District, and
WHEREAS, Dr. Lindy Bolien is the only representative on the Board
from the City of Jacksonville, and
WHEREAS, the City Council feels that he has done an outstanding
job serving as a member of the Board of the Pulaski County Special School
District.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF JACKSONVILLE, ARKANSAS:
1. That the Mayor and City Council of the City of Jacksonville,
Arkansas hereby endorse the candidacy of Dr. Lindy Bolien for re-election
to the Board of the Pulaski County Special School District.
2. That the Mayor and the City Council of the City of Jacksonville,
Arkansas urge all qualified voters in the City of Jacksonville to vote for
Dr. Lindy Bo lien as a candidate for re- election to the Board of the Pulaski
County Special School District on March 8, 1977.
3. That this resolution shall take effect immediately.
