RESOLUTION NO. 187 -77
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE AWARDING OF CONTRACTS
ON THE MARSHALL ROAD AND MAIN STREET IMPROVEMENTS.
WHEREAS, the City of Jacksonville is presently undertaking to
make improvements on Marshall Road and Main Street, and
WHEREAS, the Mayor and the City Council of Jacksonville,
Arkansas recommend that the following contract award be made on the
Marshall Road and Main Street Improvements subject to the approval of
the Economic Development ministration to APT Construction Company,
3300 Eureka Orden Road, North Little Rock, Arkansas 72117 in the
amount of $387.941.75.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF JACKSONVILLE, ARKANSAS:
1. That the Mayor be and hereby is authorized to award a contract
on the Marshall Road and Main Street Improvements subject to the approval
of the Economic Development Administration to APT Construction Company,
3300 Eureka Garden Road, North Little Rock, Arkansas 72117, in the
amount of $397,941.75.
2: That this resolution shall take effect immediately.
