RESOLUTION NO. 185 -77
Resolution approving and confirming appointments and /or re- appointements.
of Commissioners of the Jacksonville Housing Authority, Jacksonville,
Arkansas.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT, resolved by the City Council of the City
of Jacksonville, Arkansas:
That Mr. Fred West has been designated by the
Jacksonville Housing Authority for re- appointment
to serve as Commissioner with a terns of office
expiring at Midnight, March 17, 1982, and
That Mr. John Weaver has been designated by the
Jacksonville Housing Authority to serve as
Commissioner with a term of office expiring
at Midnight, March 17, 1978.
' The designation of Mr. Fred West and Mr. John Weaver to serve as
commissioners of the Jacksonville Housing Authority is approved
and their appointments are confirmed.
This resolution is put in full force and effect from its passage
and approval.
