A RESOLUTION NAMING COACH BILL REED COACH OF THE YEAR AND CONGRATULATING
HIM FOR HIS OUTSTANDING CONTRIBUTION OF DEVOTED LEADERSHIP TO THE MEMBERS

F d , TRIPLE A CROWN IN 1976.
�� WHEREAS: Be it hereby resolved that Bill Reed, Coach of the
Jacksonville Red Devil Football team is to be
highly camiended in leading the Red Devils to the
state's Triple A Crown with a 12 -1 record during
1 � the year 1976; and
' 7 WHEREAS: The Red Devil trainer and managers also are to be
camiended for making such a tre:rendous contribution
to the cause of promoting good sportsmanship and
fair play.
THEREFORE, be it hereby resolved throughout the land that the citizens
of Jacksonville, Arkansas, the Jacksonville City Council, and the
Office of the Mayor, heartily congratulates Coach Reed on his outstand-
ing record which has led to him being recognized statewide as the
Coach of the Year. He has taught that work and fair play both on and
off the playing field contributes favorably to a student's permanent
attitude toward himself and his fellowman. �, ill
