RESOLUTION NO. 176 -76
A RESOLUTION REPEALING RESOLUTION NO. 173 -76, RESTORING SCHOOL DRIVE 70
TWO-WAY TRAFFIC.
WHEREAS, the Arkansas State Hgihway Deaprtment has requested the
City Council to rescind its previous action converting a portion of School
Drive to one -way traffic so as to allow two -way traffic on School Drive.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY 7HE CTT'Y COtsCIL OF THE CITY '
OF JACKSONVILLE, ARKANSAS, that:
Section 1. REsolution No. 173 -76 is hereby rescinded and re-
pealed.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 16th day of September, 1976.
