RESOLUTION NO. 170 -76
RESOLUTION APPROVING AND CONFIRMING APPOINTMENTS AND /OR RE APPOINT-
MENTS OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE JACKSONVILLE HOUSING AUTHORITY, JACK -
SONVIT,LE, ARKANSAS,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT, resolved by the City Council of the City
of Jacksonville, Arkansas:
That Mr. F Gray and Mr. Robert Whatley have been
designated by the Jacksonville Housing Authority for
re- appointment to serve as Commissioners with teens of
office expiring at Midnight March 17, 1981, and Midnight
March 17, 1980, respectively and
That Mr. Marshhll WArner, Mr. Hubert Alexander and Mr.
Hubert Alexander and Mr. Fred West have been designated
by the Jacksonville Housing Authority to serve as Can -

missioners with terns of office expiring at Midnight
March 17, 1979, at Midnight March 17, 1978, and at Mid-
night March 17, 1977, respectively.
The designation of Mr. Ferrell Gray, Mr. Robert Whatley, Mr. Marshall Warner
Mr, Hilbert Alexander, and Mr. Fred West to serve as ontnissioners of the
Jacksonville Housing Authority is approved and their appointments are
confirmed.
This resolution is put in full ford and effect from its passage and approval.

WHEREAS, the Mayor and City Council of the City of Jacksonville, Arkansas,
held a duly authorized meeting on the 4th day of March, 1976, at which meeting,
by virtue of my office as Mayor, I presided; and
WHEREAS, at said meeting the following styled resolution was passed and
adopted:
" A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND CONFIRMING APPOINTMENT AND /OR RE- APPOINTMENT
OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE JACKSONVIT,T HOUSING AUTHORITY, JACKSONVILLE,
ARKANSAS,"
NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to the provisions of Section 5 of the "Housing
Authorities Act" of the State of Arkansas, and by virtue of my office as Mayor,
I hereby certify that the five (5) persons hereinafter named duly appointed,
approved, and confirmed as Commissioners of the Jacksonville Housing Authority
of the City of Jacksonville, Arkansas, and to serve terms of office expiring
at times appearing after their names, respectively:
Fred West , for a term expiring at Midnight 17 March, 1977
Hubert Alexander , for a term expiring at Midnight 17 March, 1978
Marshall Warner , for a term expiring at Midnight 17 March, 1 979
Robert Whatley , for a term expiring at Midnight 17 March, 1980
Ferrell Gray , for a term expiring at Midnight 17 March, 1981
