A RESOLUTION PERTAINING TO THE CLASSIFICATION AND PAY SCALE
OF EMPLOYEES OF THE WATER AND SEWER DEPARTMENTS OF THE
CITY OF JACKSONVILLE, ARKANSAS, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, it is necessary to classify and determine the pay scale
for employees of the Water and Sewer Departments of the City of Jacksonville,
Arkansas for the fiscal year commencing December 1, 1975 and ending
November 30, 1976;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF JACKSONVILLE, ARKANSAS that:
Section 1. The attached salary schedules for the Water and Sewer
Departments of the City of Jacksonville, Arkansas are hereby approved and
adopted for the fiscal year which begins on December 1, 1975 and ends on
November 30, 1976.
Section 2. This resolution shall be effective retroactive to December
1, 1975 immediately upon its passage and approval.
APPROVED and ADOPTED this 22nd day of December, 1975.
