RESOLUTION NO. 159 -75
A RESOLUTION RENAMING A PORTION OF SOUTH REDM)ND FCAD 10 GARVIN DRIVE.
WHEREAS there is a need to rename a part of South
Redmond Road according to a study by a committee of the City Planning
Commission;
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council
of the City of Jacksonville, Arkansas that:
Section 1. That part of South Redmond Road which begins at
the intersection of South James Street and South Redmond Road
extends in an easterly direction to the Missouri Pacific Railroad
tracks and thence is a southerly direction to Trickey Lane is hereby
renamed as Garvin Drive.
APPROOVED & ADOPTED THIS 2ND DAY OF OCTOBER, 1975.
