A RESOLUTION TO AWARD CONTRACTS
JACKSONVILLE WATER SYSTEM IMPROVEMENTS
NM, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of Jacksonville,
Arkansas, that the Mayor and City Council of the City of Jacksonville,
