0106 RESOLUTION 106 - 69 A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT FOR PURPOSES OF PUBLIC ROADS IN THE CITY OF JACKSONVILLE, ARKANSAS; DECLARING AN EMERGENCY AND FOR ALL OTHER PURPOSES. WHEREAS, International Paper Company, located in Camden, Arkansas, is interested in locating a small industry in the City of Jacksonville bit needs a public road constructed for access purposes and is willing to donate the easement for said road. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JACKSONVILLE, ARKANSAS, That: SECTION 1. The City accepts for dedication purposes for use as a public road an easement across certain lands located and situated within the City of Jacksonville, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly described as follos: A forty (40) foot wide street right of way and easement being twenty (20) feet either side of a center line described as: Beginning at a point 1986.8 feet west of and 153.7 feet north of the northeast corner of Section 25, Township 3 North, Range 11 West, Pulaski County, Arkansas; Thence S 6 49' W along a line 40.0 feet east of and parallel to an existing sanitary sewer line (Owner: United States Air Force), 1014.92 feet to the point of curve of a curve to the left (radius: 310.88 feet, central angle: 38 Thence in a southeasterly direction along said carve to the left, 206.10 feet to the point of tangent; thence S 31 24' E along a line 40.0 feet east of and parallel to an existing sanitary sewer line (Owner: United States Air Force), 290.15 feet to its inter- section with the southerly boundary line of this tract of land. SECTION 2. This resolution being necessary for the immediate preservation of the public health, safety, welfare and morale of the citizens of the City of Jacksonville, Arkansas, an emergency is hereby declared to exist and this resolution shall have full force and effect immediately after its passage.
