RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, the City of Jacksonville, Arkansas, did on the 3rd day of
September, 1964, on the 10th day of September, 1964, and on the 17th day of
September, 1964, publicly advertised in a newspaper of general circulation, as
required by law, notice that sealed bids mould be received in connection with
certain sewerage improtements to be made within the City of Jacksonville,
Arkansas, and certain Areas adjacent thereto; and
WHEREAS, the City of .acksonville, Arkaneas,,did on the 24th day of
September, 1964, at 2:00 P.M. 'clock as advertised, receive and publicly open
all bids received;
