MINUTES: BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT REGULAR MEETING
DATE AND TIME: November 13, 2017 6:40 p.m. – 6:49 p.m.
ATTENDANCE: Commissioners: Scholl, Brannen, Brittenum, and Chairman White were present. City Attorney Bamburg and City Engineer Whisker were also present.

City Clerk Susan Davitt recorded those listed above in attendance and Chairman White declared a quorum.
APPROVAL AND/OR CORRECTION OF MINUTES:
Commissioner Brannen moved, seconded by Commissioner Scholl to approve the regularly scheduled meeting minutes of October 9, 2017. MOTION CARRIED.
VARIANCE(S): Rear Yard Setback Variance 4800 Flagstone Street, Lot 44R, StoneRidge Subdivision
Chairman White opened the public hearing at approximately 6:40 p.m.
Petitioner was not present to represent item of business.
Chairman White closed the public hearing at approximately 6:40 p.m.
ADJOURNMENT:
Without objection, Chairman White adjourned the meeting at approximately 6:41 p.m. MOTION CARRIED.
