Authorizing the City's acceptance of
assets and liabilities of the dissolving
Jacksonville Medical Center, Inc.
This Resolution was never presented to the City Council although it was
introduced on the City Council Agenda for the June 18, 2020 meeting.
Mayor Johnson withdrew it from the City Council Agenda
