0059 A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ACTION OF THE PAGES
AND RECREATION COMMITTEE TO SECURE A LOAN FOR
OOIPLETION OF BALL FIELD IN DUPREE PARR
No. 59-61
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Counoil of the City of Jacksonville,
Arkansaa, in legal and special session convened that this body
approves the action of the Parks and Recreation Committee to secure
a loan from Jacksonville State Bank to complete the ball field in
Dupree Park this season.
Said Committee, in securing a loan for this purpose, pledgee
all receipts not restricted otherwise to the repayment of this
loan.
It is further resolved that consideration will be given to
an appropriation to the Parke & Recreation Committee in the
1962 Budget for the City of Jacksonville.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Jacksonville, Arkansas that this Resolution be approved.
