WHERIAS certain persona and firma conducting places of Fatalness within the corporate limits
of the City of Jacksonville. Arkansas have failed to pay a priviledge tax as required by the laws of
the State of Arkansas in such matters.
FIBEREF@E. it is ordered that the City Attorney take such legal action as deemed fit to
collect said tax together with interest and panalities.
