t113FREAS, an the 7th day of June, 1957, there was filed with X. C. Calhoun, Recorder
of the City of Jacksonville, Arkansas, a referendum petition, containing nine parts and two hundred •
and fifty seven signatures of qualified electors of the City of Jacksonville, Arkansan, ordering a
special election to the end that Ordinance Number 90 might be approved or rejected by the vote of the
legal voters of the City of Jacksonville. Arkansas: and,
WHEREAS, said petition contains more than fifteen par cent of the legal Vetere of the
City of Jacksonville, Arkansas, voting for the office of Sayer at the last preceding general
