RESOLDT ION #35 -5
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Jaoksonville, Arkansas, that the
Jacksonville State Bank be authorized to purchase United States Government Ninty
(90) Day Bonds, for the City of Jacksonville Water and Sewer Department, in the
amount of Thirty Five Thousand ($35,000,00) Dollars.
These bonds are to placed in the outlets which will return the City of Jacksonville
Water and Sewer Department the greatest amount of interest. These bonds are call-
able at each 90 days period and this amount of money, at present, is not being
utilized for the benefit of the City of Jacksonville Water and Sewer Department.
These bonds will be called at such time as the engineering is complete and the
Water Project Expansions are ready to proceed.
