A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF TBE CITY nF JACKSONVILLE. ARKANSAS, APPROVING
THE POSITI OF PURCHASING AGENT.

NON, THERFORE. BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Jacksonville.
Arkansas:
1. That all buying for the City of Jacksonville shall be subjeot to and
approved by the Purchasing Agent.
2. The Purchasing Agent will be named by the Mayor and City Council for
the term of one year beginning from this date (3 November 1955) and
shall serve without pay.
